Turning Lives from Darkness to Light
Acts 26:18 "...to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light , and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me."
“Go ye into all the world” Mark 16:15. The great commission is really simple. Go.
The word “Go” means to move or proceed. In Acts 10:38 it says Jesus went about doing good. We want to be more like Him going about and doing good. Bottom line is to love and help people. Ninety-nine percent of the time people are not going to come to us, we have to go to them. That’s where faith goes into action. Faith is a risk, taking a step out and moving in the direction the Lord is pointing us.
God is so amazing. As we look back on 2011 it is overwhelming how many lives He allowed us to touch. Most recently we helped 14 families at Christmas and provide 25 families with turkeys for Thanksgiving dinner. We also bought a motorcycle for a pastor in India through Bridge of Love International Ministries, Lisa Yow; provided furniture for a halfway house in South St. Louis; weekly minister at MECC Prison with at least 10 men accepting Christ every month and providing a Christmas dinner for 70 men; Home meetings (House-2-House) four times a month and growing; and prophetic ministry at events like Pagan Picnic and Mardi Gras to mention just some of the highlights.

We are so humbled by your incredibly generous gift. We are literally speechless. It is so unbelievable to us how quickly God answers prayer. This has been such a hard year for us physically and monetarily. But God!!!....always comes through. We have so much due in bills before the end of the year and had everything budgeted to the penny when our washing machine went out this week. Normally our first inclination would be to worry but we just looked at each other and laughed and said, “Ok God it’s up to You now!!” We went out to look at an outlet store to find a scratched or dented washer to find the cheapest was still $300.00. We didn’t have it so we went home. We went to get the mail from the mailbox and found your card. We both started yelling and I jumped up and down. God is so good!!! Thank you so much for your part in this. We are so incredibly grateful!
